Refund Policy | Lantis

1. Try before you pay

You can try Lantis for free, without a card, with 100 translations. This way you can check the result on your own website before signing up for any plan.

2. 14-day refund

You have 14 calendar days from the date of each payment to cancel and request a full refund of that payment, without needing to provide any reason. This applies to any customer, whether an individual or a company, and to both the initial subscription and each renewal, as well as word packs.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so this policy is consistent with Paddle's terms of purchase. Once the payment is refunded, the corresponding subscription is canceled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. There is no long-term commitment or penalty: the subscription does not renew and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

4. After 14 days

After 14 days from a payment, that payment is non-refundable, except in these cases:

Duplicate or erroneous charge: we will refund the full amount.
Serious technical failure on our part that prevents you from using the service and that we do not resolve: we will refund the proportional part of the affected period.
Any other case where applicable law requires it.

5. Word packs

Additional word packs are a one-time payment and have the same 14-day period to request a full refund, no questions asked. After that period, we will refund them if you haven't used any of their words yet.

6. How to request it

Write to us at hello@get-lantis.com from your account email, indicating the charge you would like refunded (there is no need to explain why). You can also request it directly from Paddle using the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net. We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method and typically take between 5 and 10 days to appear, depending on your bank.
